I am an adventure-seeking, gluten-free foodie with ADHD with a constant, never ending to do list.

After being diagnosed with ADHD and social anxiety as an adult I have been finding new ways to manage. The internet and social media can be a great resource, but can also get overwhelming. I am sharing what works for me and hope that it will help you too! I am all about realistic personal growth and sifting through the BS.

My struggle with food and body image has been a constant in my life for the past 10 years, but learning how to cook and be present in the kitchen has been a huge step towards healing. I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and love sharing my favorite recipes, cooking tips and how I am working towards balance.

I am VERY happy staying at home with my husband (re: social anxiety disorder), but we also LOVE hiking, exploring new places, chasing adventure and of course searching for the best dairy free ice cream in every state. 

We are working our way through our bucket list National Park list, but find ourself returning to the Pacific North West at least once a year. I can confidently say our time at beaches, all inclusives or cruises are definitely behind us.

As much as we love traveling and chasing incredible views, our "regular" life isn't too bad to come back to! Being self employed isn't for everyone, but it works great for our chaotic, constantly changing life. 

When we aren't traveling I am hanging out with our 4 dogs, adding more plants to my collection or baking. My husband and I own a jiu jitsu school and I compete regularly! I never saw myself doing martial arts, but now I look forward to spending time with the community we have built.
